All prices are clearly displayed on the web site and will be confirmed at the checkout prior to payment. You may pay by any of the credit, debit cards or Paypal options shown on the website shopping cart. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before we accept your order. We are under no obligation to accept your order. We will not be deemed to have accepted your order until your order is delivered to you.

The cost of delivery (if any) is shown clearly on the web site at the checkout. Once you have chosen a delivery method we cannot change this.

3. ACCEPTING ORDERS & SECURITY
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. In the case of products ordered for delivery by digital download or by physical delivery we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know. When you order you will have an opportunity to check the details and correct any input errors. In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with any credit reference agency. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.

4. AGE REQUIREMENTS
If you order a product where a minimum age requirement is indicated, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.

As a consumer, you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract for the purchase of any product at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery and to receive a refund within 30 days for the price of the product exclusive of delivery charges.

To cancel a purchase and obtain a refund you must return the product to us in the condition in which it was supplied and with all seals intact. See Point 11 below. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

To arrange to return a product, please contact us with your transaction reference and the name of the product you purchased.

11. DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery of your product by contacting us. Once your return has been approved we will notify you as to how to return the product.

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way).

It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, Minidiscs and other software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

Customers returning goods do so at their own cost and are responsible for ensuring that the goods must be adequately packed to avoid any kind of damage in transit. Any goods being returned should be adequately insured to the value, in case of either loss or damage in transit.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:
• the seal has been broken on any software including games;
• there is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services.

For the avoidance of doubt, you will not have the right to cancel:
(a) for computer software if the seal is broken (on the outer packaging and/or the media) or for computer software that has been purchased as an "Electronic Software Download" (ESD).
(b) for a computer that requires the sealed operating system software supplied to be installed prior to use.
(c) for a consumable item (such as paper, inkjet/toner cartridge, CDR, CDRW, DVDR, DVDRW, tape or cartridge) or book/Pantone publication if it is unsealed.
(d) for printers if the enclosed consumable is unsealed.
(e) for computer hardware that requires the sealed driver software and other accompanying software to be installed before use.
If the above items are faulty they will be replaced under the manufacturer's warranty no refunds will be offered on these items.
